LSU threw some shade at Tennessee this weekend after the Tigers beat previously undefeated Ole Miss in Baton Rouge.

After taking down the Rebels, LSU fans stormed the field at Tiger Stadium.

As we were reminded of earlier this month, the SEC fines programs when their fans storm the field (Tennessee was fined $100k for rushing the field after beating Alabama).

Since this was LSU's second violation (they stormed the field in 2018 after beating No. 2 Georgia), they were fined $250k.

In response to the fine, LSU's Tiger Athletic Foundation sent a tweet saying "TAF members, thank you for all you do for LSU Athletics! Unlike other schools in the conference, we will find a way to cover this cost".

This was an obvious reference to Tennessee asking for donations to replace the goalposts that were torn down during the celebration after beating Alabama.

For starters, Tennessee didn't ask for money to cover the fine. Secondly, this was nothing more than a fundraiser. It's not like fans had to donate to the goalposts fund.

But beyond the specifics of the fundraiser, let's not forget that Tennessee fans rushed the field after beating Alabama for the first time since 2006. It was the first time that Vol fans had rushed the field since beating Florida in 1998.

LSU, a program that is just a couple of years removed from winning a national championship, rushed the field after beating Ole Miss — a team the Tigers have beaten six of the last seven years.

Who really looks silly here?

Good try, LSU. Vols fans storming the field after beating Alabama was awesome. LSU fans storming the field after beating Ole Miss? Not so much.
