Everyone in the world that knows anything about the Tennessee Titans knows how their offense works.

They want to run their operation through star running back Derrick Henry. Defenses know that. It doesn't matter most of the time. Derrick Henry and the Titans prove that during a lot of games.

Today was an outlier for Tennessee, though.

The Denver Broncos shut down the Titans' running game.

It didn't matter. The defense for Tennessee was just too good against a struggling Broncos' offense.

The Titans made the plays on offense necessary for a win as well. From a flea flicker to a toe drag from Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, they got it done in a very unique way for them.

Ryan Tannehill took care of the ball, and punter Ryan Stonehouse was fantastic again. It won't always be pretty for the Titans, but wins are wins.

Not to mention, the defense was marvelous again for Tennessee. Even without some of their top talent, they played incredibly hard.

The Broncos had no answer for most of the game.

No Jeffery Simmons, Kristian Fulton, or Amani Hooker for the Titans today. No problem. They shut down Denver for three of four quarters.

Once again, Mike Vrabel's team just wanted it more, and that showed on the football field.

The Titans overcame the narrative that they cannot beat anyone without domination from Henry.
