Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has spent a lot of time over the last few years on Sportscenter highlights thanks to the defenders he's stiff-armed into oblivion.

There's a lot of aggression coming out of Henry on those stiff arms.

But it's nothing personal — it's just part of the game for the former Alabama running back.

Henry admitted on The Jim Rome show this week that he actually feels bad for the defenders he completely destroys on the field.

"I feel bad because when they play highlights, it's constantly on highlights," said Henry.

"I feel bad for the dudes," added Henry. "I'm like dang bro. It feels awesome at the time, but dang they keep playing it and I know they probably see it and be like 'why they keep playing this'. In the moment I don't (feel bad for them), but when you keep seeing it played over again, I know they're tired of it."

Henry is essentially a walking paradox. He's one of the meanest running backs in the NFL when he's on the field while being one of the nicest people in the league off the field.
