San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel requested to be traded last week and it appears that he wasn't bluffing.

Samuel is one of several wide receivers from the 2019 draft class — along with Tennessee Titans wide receiver AJ Brown and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf — that's looking for a new (lucrative) contract.

If you're wondering if Samuel is serious about wanting out of San Francisco, a video posted to Twitter this weekend that showed the Pro-Bowl wide receiver in a nightclub should erase any doubt.

Samuel was in the club when a sign went around the room that said "Deebo is staying #49ers".

The former South Carolina standout was standing close to the sign and quickly made a "nope" gesture that seemingly confirms that he's done with the 49ers.

If the 49ers start shopping Samuel, several high-profile teams will be interested.

The Kansas City Chiefs need a No. 1 wide receiver after trading Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins earlier this offseason. The Green Bay Packers also need a No. 1 wide receiver after trading Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders.

Green Bay seems like a more likely trade destination for Samuel, considering the Packers were willing to pay Adams (he received a lucrative extension after being traded to Las Vegas). The Chiefs, on the other hand, traded Hill because they weren't willing to pay the speedy wide receiver what he felt he was worth.

Samuel could always change his mind and decide he wants to stick around in San Francisco, but at this point, it seems extremely unlikely that he'll be playing for the 49ers in 2022.
