Pro Football Focus recently pointed out one final trade/free agent signing that each NFL team should make before the start of the 2022 season and they think the Tennessee Titans should sign a controversial wide receiver that's still available.
PFF's Doug Kyed says the Titans should sign three-time Pro-Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
From PFF:
The AFC South isn’t exactly chock full of wide receivers right now. The Titans ranked 26th in our wide receiver corps rankings, and if the Titans want to keep their hold on the division, it would behoove them to add another playmaker for quarterback Ryan Tannehill to join Robert Woods (coming off a torn ACL) and rookie Treylon Burks.

I agree with PFF's logic — the Titans definitely need to add another wide receiver with Robert Woods returning from an ACL and the fact that Tennessee doesn't know what to expect from Treylon Burks in his rookie season.
But OBJ isn't the answer.
The former LSU star proved to be a key player late last season for the Los Angeles Rams after arriving from Cleveland. Beckham, however, tore his ACL in the Rams' Super Bowl win against the Cincinnati Bengals. As a result, he likely won't see the field until late November/early December (at the earliest). By that point in the season, Woods and Burks should be hitting their stride. Tennessee needs wide receiver help, but they need it early in the season.
OBJ will probably hold out until mid-season and see who needs a wide receiver before signing somewhere. It makes more sense for him and for the teams that could potentially sign him.
I think the Titans will end up adding another wide receiver this summer, but I seriously doubt it will be OBJ.
