The Tennessee Titans' wide receiver room is going to look a bit different than expected in 2022.
Tennessee released veteran wide receiver Julio Jones earlier this offseason and they traded AJ Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles on night one of the 2022 NFL Draft. The Titans then selected Arkansas wide receiver Treylon Burks to serve as Brown's replacement.
Burks will join Robert Woods, who was acquired by the Titans in a trade with the Los Angeles Rams earlier this offseason, as Tennessee's top two wide receivers.
The Titans also drafted UCLA wide receiver Kyle Philips, who has a lot of potential, but he isn't a player that Tennessee should be counting on for production in 2022.
Titans general manager Jon Robinson needs to find another veteran wide receiver to add to the roster. Tennessee could use the depth and they need another proven wide receiver.
CBS Sports agrees.
They think the Titans should target wide receiver Jarvis Landry in the post-draft wave of free agency.

CBS Sports' Cody Benjamin says the Titans signing Landry is one of 10 moves that should be made following the 2022 NFL Draft, and I can get on board with that. In 2018, Landry told reporters that he didn't have a good relationship with Ryan Tannehill. Maybe reuniting in Music City will give their friendship a second chance. Despite drafting two wide receivers, the Titans lost A.J. Brown and could stand to add another veteran who can come in and make an immediate impact. Let's let bygones be bygones. Pick up the phone, Tannehill.
Landry, who is 29 years old, is just two years removed from a season that saw him catch 83 passes for 1,174 yards and six touchdowns (2019 with the Cleveland Browns).
Tennessee could certainly use that kind of production in Nashville.
The only problem is Landry's relationship with Tannehill.
In 2018, Landry told NFL Network that he hadn't heard from Tannehill after telling reporters that the Cleveland Browns' quarterbacks, which included Tyrod Taylor at the time, were the best group of quarterbacks he had played with in the NFL
"I'm not surprised. We didn't really have a good relationship anyway, so I'm not surprised," said Landry in 2018.
Landry and Tannehill were teammates with the Miami Dolphins from 2014 to 2017.
There are some clues, though, that suggest Landry's relationship with Tannehill wasn't as bad as he intimated in 2018.
Two of the best seasons in Landry's career (2015 and 2016) came with Tannehill under center. Landry caught 204 passes for over 2,200 yards in that two-year stretch.
There's no doubt these two players work well together on the field.
Can they bury the hatchet off the field (it's worth noting that they spent some time together at the 2019 Pro Bowl)?
If they can, then this is a move that Tennessee should explore. But if not, then I don't think there's any need to bring unwanted drama to the locker room.
