There's a wild NFL conspiracy involving the Cincinnati Bengals and it actually makes a lot of sense

Earlier this month, I mentioned that there's a chance the NFL will move the Cincinnati Bengals' matchup against the New Orleans Saints in 2022 to London.
That's scheduled to be a home game for the Saints, which means we'd be missing out on Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow returning to Louisiana to play football for the first time since leading the LSU Tigers to a national championship in early 2020 (the championship game against Clemson was actually played in New Orleans).
This would be a massive mistake on the NFL's part. The hype surrounding Burrow's return to Louisiana would be insane. I can't imagine why anyone would want that game to take place in London.
Unless — and here's where the conspiracy comes into the play — the Saints are the ones pushing to have the game moved to London.
I don't know this to be the case, but it's an idea that's been floated on social media. And it makes a lot of sense.

New Orleans could be worried about a bunch of Bengals fans (or LSU fans turned Bengals fans because of Burrow) taking over the Superdome. The Saints have one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL. But that's the one game where that home-field advantage may not go their way.
There appears to be momentum building toward the Bengals and the Saints playing in New Orleans. This has gone beyond "this would be a bad idea" all the way to "oh this might actually happen".
SINow Saints writer John Hendrix reported this week that he continues to hear Cincinnati as the London opponent for New Orleans.
If this ends up happening — and again, it's a terrible idea — it would have to be because the Saints wanted it to happen. Hopefully, the NFL comes to their senses and blocks it from happening. We all deserve to see the reception Burrow gets when he returns to Louisiana.
It would be a shame if New Orleans robs Burrow of a "homecoming" type game. But it looks like that's what they're trying to do.
