The Tennessee Vols' content team has been doing an unbelievable job this season.

Everything they've put out has been incredible, including the latest "hype" video that celebrates the Vols' big win over the Florida Gators.

Here's the video.

At the end of the video, Vols head coach Josh Heupel speaks to his team and he says something that reveals a lot about his character. And it's something that recruits and their families should hear.

Heupel makes it a point to tell his players that they are the ones responsible for building the program into what it is right now. They're the ones responsible for giving the fans a reason to create the most electric atmosphere in college football.

Instead of taking an ounce of credit for the turnaround of the program, Heupel gave all the credit to the players.

Heupel isn't a guy with a fragile ego that needs nonstop praise. He's comfortable in his own skin and it shows in the way that he wants all of the praise deflected back to his players.

Not all coaches are like that. Tennessee fans lived through the Butch Jones era (he read every single thing written about him). And I'm sure everyone is familiar with the "look at me" antics of coaches like Dabo Swinney at Clemson or Shane Beamer at South Carolina.

Heupel may not be from Tennessee (he's from South Dakota). And he didn't play in the SEC. But somehow, he's a perfect fit for the Vols.
