Former Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones, who is now the head coach at Arkansas State, stole an idea from current UT head coach Josh Heupel this week.

Jones had a dodgeball tournament at Arkansas State with the football team.

That looks like a lot like the dodgeball tournament that Heupel had at Tennessee when he was hired last winter.

No one has ever accused Butch of being an original. So it's not really a surprise that he saw something Heupel was doing and is using it now at Arkansas State.

The difference is that Heupel used dodgeball as a teambuilding event. Jones is likely using it in the hopes that he'll be perceived as a teambuilder.

I doubt it works for him.

Jones' reputation is pretty much set in stone at this point. And he has no one but himself to blame for that.
