The Tennessee Vols are one of three programs in the mix to land elite five-star edge rusher Chandavian Bradley.

Bradley revealed his top three schools on Monday and he included Tennessee, along with South Carolina, and Texas A&M.

Bradley, 6-foot-5/220 lbs from Platte City, MO, is ranked in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 5 edge rusher in the nation and the No. 1 player in the state of Missouri. He's also rated as the No. 36 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class.

Here's the scouting report on Bradley from 247Sports:

Long, athletic defender that has high upside but is still early in his development. Has twitch, gets off the ball quickly and closes to his target in a hurry. He is fluid and able to bend and dip and make offensive linemen miss their punch on him. Needs additional strength and technique, but has a high ceiling based on his athletic gifts and has the frame to fill in.

If you're Tennessee, you have to like your chances against South Carolina in this recruiting battle. Texas A&M, however, could be a problem. Relationships with coaches will obviously be a major factor here, but NIL money could be the determining factor. And it's been well-publicized how much the Aggies like to spend on NIL deals.

The Vols desperately need an edge rusher like Bradley, so they'll need to hope that a NIL deal comes together for the talented recruit to help ensure that Tennessee wins this recruiting battle.
