The Chicago Bears are 2-1. They're poised to be a factor in the NFC North. It's a dream start for a team that wasn't expected to compete this season.

And quarterback Justin Fields still isn't happy.

After the Bears' 23-20 win against the Houston Texans, Fields made it clear that he expects more out of himself.

"I'm about to go to the film," said Fields. "I played terrible. I'm going to the film and see what I could've done better and get better for my teammates."

Fields was 8-for-17 for 106 yards and two interceptions. He certainly wasn't the reason the Bears won the game (the running game, however, was on point as they averaged seven yards per carry).

You have to love this from Fields if you're a Bears fan. He's immensely talented and has a high ceiling. But he has some work to do, too.

Fields isn't feeling himself because Chicago is 2-1. Instead, he recognizes that he has to get better for the Bears to get to where they want to go (regardless of the rebuild, they want to win the NFC North).

This is exactly the type of reaction an elite leader should have to not playing well.

The first chapter of Fields' story hasn't even been written yet. The sky is the limit for the former Ohio State star if he keeps this same approach moving forward.
