The trade that sent Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders back in March left a big hole on the Packers' roster. And while Green Bay signed Sammy Watkins and drafted Christian Watson, they could still use a true No. 1 wide receiver.
I've suggested multiple times that Green Bay should trade for DK Metcalf or Deebo Samuel. A blockbuster trade, however, is unlikely to happen.
The more likely scenario is that the Packers sign a free agent wide receiver.
Pro Football Focus thinks that veteran wide receiver should be T.Y. Hilton, a four-time Pro-Bowler.
The Packers, along with the Colts and Patriots, were another team identified by a source as an attractive landing spot for veteran wide receivers. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is currently set to throw to Watkins, Allen Lazard, rookie Christian Watson and Randall Cobb. Hilton could add another field-stretching element to Green Bay's offense.

Hilton, a former third-round pick who spent the first 10 seasons of his career with the Indianapolis Colts, is a talented wide receiver who has battled injuries the last few years.
The former FIU standout has missed 14 games over the last three seasons, including seven games last year.
Hilton dealt with multiple issues last year, which included a disc issue in his neck, a quad injury, and a concussion.
When Hilton is healthy, he's a dynamic wide receiver who can stretch the field. It's the staying healthy part that's a problem.
He's probably a player worth taking a flier on, though. The Packers need the wide receiver help and there aren't many options left on the free-agent market. Hilton should be cheap considering his injury history. And I could see him signing a one-year prove-it deal with a team like Green Bay so he can attempt to have a bounceback year with one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
The Packers will almost certainly add another wide receiver to the roster at some point this summer and Hilton would seemingly be a good fit.
