The Tennessee Titans moved to 10-5 on the season with their thrilling 20-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday night.
Tennessee, who is currently the No. 2 seed in the AFC, can clinch the AFC South division title on Saturday night if the Indianapolis Colts lose to the Arizona Cardinals.
For now, the Kansas City Chiefs are the No. 1 seed in the AFC. And they control their own destiny.
But there are still some scenarios where the Titans could land the top seed in the AFC and earn a first-round bye.

If the Titans win out (they have games remaining against the Miami Dolphins at home and at the Houston Texans), and the Chiefs and the New England Patriots lose at least one of their final three games, then Tennessee will have the No. 1 seed in the AFC (the Titans own the tiebreaker over the Chiefs, while the Patriots own the tiebreaker over the Titans).
The Chiefs have games remaining against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Denver Broncos. The Patriots have games remaining against the Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Dolphins.
Tennessee can go 1-1 and still get the No. 1 seed in the AFC South as long as the Chiefs and the Patriots go 1-2 in their final three games.
The Los Angeles Chargers, Bengals, and Baltimore Ravens, all who are currently 8-6, would need to go 1-2, otherwise some wild tiebreaker scenarios could come into play.
(The Titans hold the tiebreaker over the Buffalo Bills, currently 8-6.)
