At least someone is being honest about the Tennessee Titans win over the Colts.

Titans running back Derrick Henry did a post game interview with Kristina Pink of the Fox Sports crew, and when asked about the team's struggles to finish games, Henry said what every Titans fan was thinking:

"We gotta come out and have the will to go down and put a drive together and go score," Henry said. "I'm pissed off right now that we didn't put points up in the second half. We just gotta be better man."

"Eventually it's going to catch up to us," Henry continued. "It's a hard league and hard to win in this league as you can see. No points in the second half, we just gotta be better overall."

Henry has the exact right mindset. The Titans got a big win that deserves to be celebrated. It's hard to win in the NFL and even harder to win divisional games on the road.

That said, the Titans were not good enough in the second half, and everybody in the organization should have the same anger and hunger to be better that Henry has after the game.

"Pissed off" despite the win. No complacency. That's what the Titans need if they want to fix some of the issues that have plagued them to begin this season and really take the next step.

That mentality doesn't seem to be matched by Mike Vrabel, who wouldn't acknowledge the Titans second half shortcomings after the win on Sunday. Vrabel immediately shut down a question regarding the comeback from ESPN's Turron Davenport, and instead expressed his excitement over the win.

Vrabel may not want to say it, but Henry said it all for him. Accountability and motivation have a large impact on success.

That's why Henry is the best in the league at what he does. 114 rushing yards, a touchdown, and a big divisional win, and he's never satisfied.
