Recent player behavior demonstrates lack of faith in Cowboys' front office

The fans of the Dallas Cowboys are clearly in an outrage over the moves, or lack thereof, by the front office. Whether it's being choosey who they decide to retain, or show any sort of slight interest in with no action behind it. And it continues to limit their success.
It appears now that not only is it frustrating fans, but players could be as well.
There are not very many players who would outwardly voice their outrage under contract. The threat of losing money or a roster spot is too great. That is, of course, unless you're DeMarcus Lawrence. Whom was upfront and honest about how his contract situation came up, and his feelings of disrespect.
But does it just stop there?
The Dallas Cowboys traded Amari Cooper for a 5th round pick and a sixth round swap. Seemingly less than perceived value, coming across like a getaway robbery.
After the fiasco of Randy Gregory and his contract negotiations, it made the front office look weak and inept. Trying to sneak in language of taking away guaranteed money in the case of fines.
To top it off, not only could the same front office not find a trade market for starting OT La'el Collins, they released him for cap space that won't be useful until 2023. Cap space that the organization seems hell bent on using like coupons.
Whether the players are vocal or not about how upset they are, they can't help but see how the team is being portrayed in the media. How the people in charge make the team look on the outside.
Some Dallas Cowboy players even took it upon themselves to make something happen.
Star players like Micah Parsons, who recruited Von Miller after losing Gregory. A move the front office had almost no intention of entertaining.
Even starting QB Dak Prescott attempted to bring Miller back to Texas. Why wouldn't he? The people who write his checks let one of his best friends in Collins go for nothing and traded away his best target while Michael Gallup rehabs.
Obviously they both know how good this team was in 2021, so seeing some of their best players go for pennies on the dollar leads them to do the work themselves.
Even All-Pro CB Trevon Diggs is trying to speak things into existence. It's no coincidence that he would bring up wanting to play with his brother. The Cowboys need another receiver and there's clearly a lack of faith when it comes to the people in charge.
The NFL Draft is coming up. One of the few areas the front office has been successful at. It's their main way of team-building and with all the pressure from fans, and the extra curricular activities of the players, they'll need hit quite a few bullseyes to quiet down the critics.
