Super Bowl LVIII may not be the highest-scoring game, but we've now seen a record broken twice in the same game.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker's field goal in the second half is the longest field goal ever made in the history of the Super Bowl.

And now we have a new longest field goal in Super Bowl history from Harrison Butker, who connected from 57 yards.

Butker's record-breaking field goal was from 57 yards out. The previous record holder actually came from today's game as well by San Francisco 49ers rookie kicker Jake Moody.

Moody's first-half field goal was 55 yards out. His record would last about two hours before Butker took it himself. Prior to Super Bowl LVIII, the record was held by Buffalo Bills kicker Steve Christie, who connected on a 54-yard field goal in Super Bowl XXVIII.
