A 2025 four-star cornerback is set to visit the Tennessee Vols this spring.
According to On3, four-star cornerback Charles Bass will visit Tennessee on April 1. He also has visits lined up to Arkansas, Missouri, and LSU, as well as several other non-SEC programs.
Bass, 6-foot-1/185 lbs from East Saint Louis, IL, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 7 player in the state of Illinois and the No. 18 athlete in the nation.
The talented defensive back was offered by the Vols nearly two years ago, so this a player they've been recruiting for a while.
Bass attends the same high school that starting Tennessee right guard Javontez Spraggins attended (East Saint Louis High School).
Missouri looks like the team to beat right now for Bass, but the Vols are still very much in the mix for the Illinois native.
