The week leading up to the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl allows scouts to see up close the players that their teams will be looking to draft later in the spring.

Following a week of observations, the Los Angeles Rams have a crop of players that they will undoubtedly be looking into in the weeks to come ahead of the draft.

Below are three players I think the Rams must seriously consider in the next few weeks as the front office works through the offseason plan.

1.) CB: Khyree Jackson, Oregon

Jackson has been billed as a riser throughout the week of practice.

On top of his intangibles, Jackson has unique size and athleticism for the cornerback position that makes him an intriguing target for a Rams secondary that needs to improve ahead of the 2024 season.

Jackson is ranked No. 139 overall on PFF's big board for the 2024 draft. On A to Z Sports' big board, Jackson comes in ranked as the No. 110 overall prospect and 17th ranked corner. After his Senior Bowl performance, that may change.

2.) S: Javon Bullard, Georgia

There is a common theme here for the Rams. The team must improve its secondary, without question. And Bullard, a member of two national championship teams, maybe just that needed improvement.

Working in Bullard's favor the others on the team see him as a top-line option at the position.

On Friday, players voted for the top position players during an awards ceremony in Mobile, Alabama. The American team wide receivers and running backs voted Bullard as the top wide safety.

Bullard was also named a top performer by Pro Football Focus after Friday.

A to Z Sports ranks Bullard as the No. 47-best player in the draft. At his position, he sits as the No. 3-best option.

If the Rams are serious about improving the secondary, it starts by drafting difference-makers. Bullard could be that option in the first round.

3.) QB: Spencer Rattler, University of South Carolina

Whether the Rams want to admit so or not, the team has to find a succession plan for Matthew Stafford.

That plan may be found in Rattler. On Friday afternoon, Rattler was voted the best quarterback on the American Team in practice by opposing defenders.

Rattler also turned heads all week. Reports have surfaced about the "league being high" on him as the draft process continues. The Rams have a perfect opportunity to take a swing on a quarterback who has the upside to be a starter in the NFL. It is a move that makes too much sense.

A to Z Sports ranks Rattler as the No. 63-best player in the draft. At the quarterback position, Rattler comes in at No. 7. He is projected to be a second-day selection, putting him in the perfect window for the Rams.
