With the Los Angeles Rams, the bright lights can be endearing.

But to improve come the 2024 season, the Rams aren't planning on spending big early. Instead, team general manager Les Snead hinted that Los Angeles' approach to the 2024 offseason will be controlled spending.

“It’s going to give you the element of, is there a possible unrestricted free agent that we haven’t really been able to acquire in the past?" Snead told reporters.

"I don’t think we’re sitting here today going, ‘Let’s spend all $40 million within the first hour.”

Also ahead of the Rams is an opportunity to pick in the first round of the NFL draft. It is something the team hasn't done since 2016.

But more than anything else, the Rams aren't looking to break the bank on free agents. Snead is looking to improve internally before attempting to solve the Rams' roster questions with outside players.

Some of the most important names include right guard Kevin Dotson, safety Jordan Fuller and cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon.
