I'm sure that Mark Davis has heard enough of everyone's opinion by now on who he should hire to be the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. However, there are some people whose opinions are pretty valuable.

One of those guys is a super fan, Compton, California native, and rapper Ice Cube. Why is his opinion important? Well, it's really not, and no one has to listen to him because he is a fan just like everyone else, but he is a public figure that other people will listen to and adapt his opinion into their own.

Well, Ice Cube spoke up recently about the Raiders hiring process and gave his take on who the Raiders should hire.

"You need someone that the players will listen to and play for," Ice Cube said on the Pat McAfee show. "The Raiders have that in AP. The Raiders need to hire Antonio Pierce. I'll call up Mark Davis to try to convince him, as President of the Raider Nation, I approve of this message."

The thing is, Ice Cube is right. Not to mention, he and Pierfce are from the same city, so that connection and tie are going to be there. But Pierce reminds Ice Cube of the Raiders who played and the coaches they had from when Ice Cube grew up watching them.

That's what all fans want, really. Sure, there is a portion of fans that want the Raiders to hire Jim Harbaugh, but that's because they just want to win, and they think that will be the easiest route.

The Raiders need a guy who can win them games but bring back their winning ways and the Raider way. I have a hard time believing that isn't Antonio Pierce, who has already made Raiders' history a few times.
