The Houston Texans have a hot commodity on their team in offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik, who is still a rookie offensive coordinator but one that every team with a head coaching vacancy wants. Well, almost every team.

Slowik just completed two virtual interviews on Thursday with the Tennessee Titans and the Carolina Panthers. He has also been requested to be interviewed by more teams than any other candidate. So, it's fair to say a lot of people want what the Texans have.

However, he isn't letting any of that outside noise dictate how he prepares for the Baltimore Ravens, whom they play this Saturday in the divisional round of the playoffs.

"Yeah, it's the same as last week. Very grateful for every consideration. Grateful for the opportunities. I am grateful to DeMeco, Nick [Caserio], and to the Texans organization for giving me this opportunity. But right now, I can't tell you what's going on," Slowik told the media earlier this week. "I'm entirely locked in on the Ravens. I know here that the process is going to start pretty quickly, but I'm going to cross that bridge when I get to it. Right now, I'm just [focused on] Baltimore."

The Texans' offense has been one of the better units in the league this year after being terrible last season. They went from a three-win team to the divisional round of the playoffs in the span of a year, and while it isn't all on Slowik, he does have a large part to do with it.

But right now, he has to mock up a great game plan for the Ravens. In Week 1, the game plan was okay, but the offensive line killed the Texans as they allowed five sacks. They had a chance to win the game, as it was much closer at halftime than the final score. But let's see if the Texans, who are a much better and different team now than in Week 1, can pull out a win and head to the AFC Championship for the first time ever.
