We have said this all week: it was only one game, but the Las Vegas Raiders found a spark on offense. And, if anything, the rest of the league should be scared because it would appear that the 2022 rushing king may have found his stride again.

The start of the season was worse than bad for Josh Jacobs. He led the league in rushing last year, and many would have him in that best running back in the league conversation. Then he and the Raiders have somewhat of a fallout over a contract extension for a while. It gets fixed, and the season starts.

Boom. Ready to hit the ground running and pick up right where he left off, right? Wrong. He has still yet to pass 100 rushing yards on the season, and last week, he had his best game of the year with 98 rushing yards and two touchdowns. But hey, maybe that's just the start.

When he was asked about Aiden O'Connell and how he helps him as a rookie quarterback, he had the perfect answer that would make it seem like he is just getting started.

"Hey, look, man, I told him [Aidan O'Connell], when in doubt, give me the ball," Jacobs said after the win. "Let me be honest; that's the first thing I told him. But, just looking at him, he is very poised. He handles his own in big moments. He never looks rattled to me. And he goes out there and executes."

Jacobs still has it. The change of regime may have been exactly what he needed. And, it doesn't look like he will be getting any worse.
