Keaton Mitchell had quite a breakout performance in the Baltimore Ravens’ home win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 9.

Mitchell was on the field for a mere 14 snaps, and he rushed the football just nine times on the day. Still, he went on to tally a game-high 138 rushing yards, and he topped it all off with a 40-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.

The Ravens now have an intriguing dilemma to address over just who will be the team’s go-to running back for the remainder of the season. Gus Edwards and Justice Hill have led Baltimore’s ground game so far this season, but Mitchell sure showed in Week 9 that he may be deserving of more snaps on offense.

During a press conference on Monday, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh left the door open to the possibility of Mitchell being more involved in Baltimore’s offense.

“Those three backs are going to be all playing a lot," Harbaugh said. "Now, you have three healthy backs. We haven't had that a lot.

"I'm sure there'll be a rotation. They worked that out. Sometimes, it's by certain scheme. Sometimes, it's by who's hot. Sometimes, it's by who's tired. With running backs, it just depends."

The Ravens currently lead the NFL in rushing yards per game with a 160.3 average. Edwards and company are set to meet a Cleveland Browns defense in Week 10 that holds an 89.8 rushing yards allowed per game average this season.
