The New Orleans Saints caught fire on offense against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8. They secured a win to get to 4-4, and they sit tied atop the NFC South with the Atlanta Falcons, who fell to the Tennessee Titans.

The Saints' schedule is filled with opportunities to keep their winning ways alive, too.

In Week 9, they will face a Chicago Bears team that may not have starting quarterback Justin Fields. Week 10 brings the Minnesota Vikings, who just lost Kirk Cousins for the rest of the season.

After the bout against Minnesota, the Saints get their bye week in Week 11. That'll give them time to rest and potentially get some players back from injury.

Their game following the bye is against the Atlanta Falcons. Atlanta benched starting quarterback Desmond Ridder in their loss in Week 8 against the Titans.

That means that the Saints could see three straight backup quarterbacks as they enter Thanksgiving. They'll have no excuse if they cannot put together a winning streak to take control of the NFC South.

New Orleans probably won't need 38 points to get victories against those QBs, but you never know. The Saints defense has had struggles in the first half of their matchups in recent weeks, but second half adjustments have certainly been made.

It will be intriguing to see how Dennis Allen game plans against quarterbacks with less film than their team's starter. Regardless, the Saints need to continue to play well to take clear control of a weak division.
