The Cincinnati Bengals (4-3) are back under the lights of Paycor Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills (5-3) in Week 9 of the 2023 NFL season.

Not only will this be a rematch of an AFC Divisional Round game from last year's playoffs, it's the same matchup and setting when Damar Hamlin required emergency CPR on a football field to continue living. Emotions will be running high for everyone in Paycor Stadium, but there are many more angles to chose from with these two teams.

Below you'll find all of our top stories throughout the week in order to get you ready for the upcoming game on Sunday night.

Final injury report for Cincinnati

Despite injuring his foot last Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, edge defender Trey Hendrickson appears ready to play Sunday night. Find out who's joining him and who's likely to be sidelined in the final injury report.

Tanner Hudson gets the call he's been waiting for

The Bengals were inactive at the trade deadline despite having a glaring weakness on their roster. What they did do was elevate a key practice squad player, which should lead to a bigger role for him.

Let it snow? I don't think so

It wasn't long ago the Bengals and Bills were amicable adversaries, but since Cincinnati's 27-10 playoff victory in Buffalo, tensions have been brewing, surprisingly around how the weather conditions impacted that game. Bengals receiver Tyler Boyd hasn't forgotten the talk from the Bills' side about it.

An under-the-radar loss

One of the best preseason storylines for Cincinnati this year was the emergence of second-year safety Tycen Anderson. The former fifth-round pick earned a roster spot after injury took away his rookie year, but a similar fate found him this past week.

Financial aid from the best

Bengals Pro Bowl wideout Ja'Marr Chase is usually seen doing the griddy following a touchdown, but Mr. 7/11 himself is willing to pull off an iconic celebration this week… so long as a Cincinnati legend can help out with his wallet.

Joe Burrow: Man of the people

Despite his national stardom, Bengals franchise quarterback Joe Burrow is about as low-key as they come. Aside from the pregame fits, of course. His answer as to why he loves Cincinnati, and the state of Ohio for that matter, should surprise no one.
