The Denver Broncos are back. Well, sort of. The team found a way in back-to-back weeks to silence the critics in taking down both the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.

Sean Payton has to be thrilled with what his defense has been able to accomplish lately as they've turned the ball over in bunches, allowing the team to run an efficient offensive attack that has proved fruitful.

A winnable game stands before them as they are back home to take on the Minnesota Vikings who have had their own resurrection of sorts with QB Joshua Dobbs taking the league by storm.

3 players to watch

  • QB Russell Wilson – Wilson has been balling out with the Broncos as of late and has already surpassed his touchdown totals from last season with plenty of football left to be played. Wilson looks like a new man compared to last season. Can he keep it up for another premiere performance against the rising Minnesota Vikings?
  • RB Javonte Williams – The team will live and die by the success of Javonte Williams on the football field. It feels like the entire offense flows through him and in order for the team to secure the W, he's going to need another big game.
  • WR Courtland Sutton – Sutton has been balling out, including one of the most impressive touchdowns we've seen in the contest against the Buffalo Bills. While at times the offense has looked anemic, look for Wilson and Sutton to connect on a few more monster plays to keep the momentum going during the contest.

Another win and the Broncos may control their own destiny when it comes to the playoffs. After a pitiful start, this team has bounced back in such a big way. We never thought we'd say it, but, Broncos country, let's ride.
