Things are not all bad for the Cleveland Browns after the 28-3 loss at the hands of the Baltimore Ravens, things could be a lot worse.

Both center Ethan Pocic and defensive end Myles Garrett are going to be day-to-day, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. It isn’t a significant injury for either player, which is a bullet dodged for the Browns.

For Pocic, it is an ankle and chest injury. When he left against the Ravens and did not return, the chest injury was the stated issue. Garrett is dealing with a foot injury and should be okay too.

If the Browns didn’t have a bye week, Pocic wouldn’t play in Week 5 Stefanski pointed out. It is still being called a day-to-day injury but his status for Week 6 will need to be monitored.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson did not play against the Browns and it was his own choice. Stefanski said that Watson was medically cleared but felt like he couldn’t give it his all.

“He's going to use this week to rest and continue to get treatment,” Stefanski said. “I feel like, medically, we're all on the same page."

Cleveland will have the bye week to get healthy and they’ll need it. Next week is the San Francisco 49ers coming to town and they may be the most physical team in football.
