The New England Patriots might be faced with an additional challenge on Sunday.

The team travels to East Rutherford, New Jersey for a matchup against division rivals the New York Jets.

And the weather doesn't look like it will be in either team's favor.

It appears that a tropical cyclone is making its way to part of the east coast and is set to disrupt three games.

MetLife Stadium is right in the middle of the storm.

The Patriots season opener also included downpours, so this will be the second time in three games that New England will be met with bad weather.

And with that, it makes ball control hard due to the rain along with a struggling passing game due to the wind.

With this being a must win for the Patriots, things aren't getting easier with the latest weather report.
