It's game day in Kansas City as the Chicago Bears (0-2) look to secure their first win of the season against the reigning Super Bowl Champions.

Will OC Luke Getsy allow Justin Fields to play more free vs. Chiefs?
The Chicago Bears' offense has flat-out been struggling this season and quarterback Justin Fields made a strong accusation calling out the coaching staff for his "robotic" play during the 0-2 start.
However, Fields later readdressed reporters following the media blowup and set the record straight explaining his intention with that statement was expressing his desire is to start "thinking less and playing more" going forward.
We're going to see exactly what that looks like later today. The initial understanding is that Fields wants the freedom to scramble and move around the pocket more against the Chiefs than he did in the first two weeks of the season.
The Bears' quarterback is averaging the fifth-slowest time to throw in the league with 2.98 seconds through Weeks 1-2, per ESPN. The pass heavy offense that Bears' offensive coordinator Luke Getsky is attempting to run in Chicago worked with quarterback Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, but it's not working with Fields.
It's time the team's play-caller understands that fact and adjusts the offense to better fit the natural talents of his current quarterback. Fields will have a great opportunity against the Chiefs defense this week to hopefully get back to being the dual-threat weapon we all know once again.
3 other players to watch:
WR Darnell Mooney- Mooney was not listed on the injury report for today's game despite being limited during two days of practice this week. The Bears #2 option in the passing game has totaled 4 receptions for 53 yards and 1 touchdown this season.
S Elijah Hicks- Hicks looks set to have his 3rd career start today in place of Eddie Jackson who was officially ruled out yesterday. The 2022 7th-round pick had six combined tackles and was not targeted against Tampa Bay (Pro Football Reference).
LB Tremaine Edmunds- The Bears highly-paid free agent hasn't quite lived up to his paycheck this season. Edmunds will have a chance to prove he was worth the money later today as he prepares to cover Chiefs' star tight end Travis Kelce.
