Week two of the NFL regular season is here and it's one that the Jaguars have been waiting on for a long time. Jacksonville is hosting the defending Super Bowl Champions, The Kansas City Chiefs, on Sunday.

The Chiefs' defensive coordinator, Steve Spagnuolo, took to the podium to discuss the Jaguars' offense on Thursday.

"This is a skilled- might be as skilled of an offense as we're going to play all year," Spagnuolo stated.

He's right- the Jaguars offense is filled with stars, so much so that in Jacksonville's week one win against the Colts, four different players scored touchdowns in their 31-21 win. No player had two touchdowns- talk about a skilled offense.

In the most recent matchup vs the Chiefs, the Jags lost 20-27 in the Divisional Round of last year's playoffs, but Jacksonville didn't have Calvin Ridley catching passes for them last year- this time around, they do.

The Jaguars' offense is a totally different animal with the redzone weapon that is Calvin Ridley.

Despite Spagnuolo's praise for the Jaguars' offense, he has to be grinning from ear to ear knowing that his star defensive tackle, Chris Jones, is back on the field. Earlier this week, Jones signed a one-year deal, worth up to $25M with the Chiefs, ending his months-long holdout with the team.

"Obviously, he can push the pocket, can line up at the defensive end, you know, which you would anticipate him doing that, you know, so, yeah, you gotta, you gotta kind of know where he's going to be, you know, on the defensive line and, it's always a challenge," Jags' head coach Doug Pederson said of Chris Jones this week. "He's a load in there, and you gotta make sure you have not just two, but, you know, four hands on him."

If anyone can put a hault on the Jaguars' hot offense, Chris Jones can.

Both the Jaguars and the Chiefs play exceptional football in all three phases. Sunday's matchup is a must-watch and could potentially be a preview to this year's AFC Championship.
