It was a terrible loss for the New York Jets against the Dallas Cowboys, but it might have been a lot worse.

Late in the fourth quarter, when the Jets had nothing left to do but chuck it up and hope for some good luck, Zach Wilson threw it long to Garrett Wilson along the sideline.

The ball was intercepted by Cowboys safety Malik Hooker and he collided with Garrett Wilson.

Following the collision, Garrett Wilson had a difficult time getting up.  Several teammates ran over to him and helped him to his feet.

Garrett Wilson would not end up going back into the game and was seen with his helmet off.

After the game Jets coach Robert Saleh gave a promising explanation.  "He had the wind knocked out of him," Saleh said.

Wilson had the lone highlight of the day for the Jets, taking a perfectly thrown ball from Zach Wilson 68-yards for a touchdown to make it a 10-7 in the second quarter.

At the time, it looked like it might be a turning point for the game.  But in the end the Jets were handled and Wilson only managed one more catch in the game.

It looks like Garrett Wilson should be fine this week as the Jets get ready to welcome the New England Patriots on Sunday.
