Cleveland Browns are looking to defeat their second AFC North opponent of the season in Week 4.
It won’t be easy in any way though, as it is the Baltimore Ravens coming to town. The Ravens are 2-1 and coming off an overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts that did not look so good. But much like the Browns two weeks ago against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens lost a game that they probably shouldn’t have.
Cleveland is the healthier team coming in, as the Ravens will have at least five major contributors out against the Browns.
If the Ravens were healthy, they would have more offensive weapons than in years past, but they aren’t. Running back JK Dobbins is out for the year and wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Rashod Bateman won’t play in Week 4. To this point, rookie wideout Zay Flowers is the player the Browns will have to look to slowdown along with tight end Mark Andrews.
Deshaun Watson is questionable to play but should give it a go. Everyone else on the active 53-man roster will be playing.
Betting line
The current line stands at Browns -1.5. It’s nearly a pick ‘em, it’s just a slight edge for the Browns. If you’re wanting to look into the over/under, it is set at 39.5.
Prediction
Straight to the point, I have the Browns winning 30-24. With the way the Browns’ defense has played this season, along with the injuries to the Ravens’ offense, it does not look to be a good matchup for Baltimore.
It will be important for Watson to build off a good game in Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans. If he can do that, the Browns have an even greater chance to come out on top in Week 4.
With Ronnie Stanley potentially out, it could be another big day for Myles Garrett. Jackson is as dangerous as ever with his legs, but expect Garrett to have another good showing this week.
Odell Beckham Jr. will have to continue to wait for first game against Browns since leaving
It won’t happen in Week 4 for OBJ.
