The Las Vegas Raiders used to fear no one. And they may very well still feel like that. But when they were the Oakland Raiders, and even the Los Angeles Raiders, being a Raider was all about the other team fearing you, and we just haven't seen that in some time.

The Raiders have had a bit of that this year – the old Raider creeping in. Most of that has been under interim head coach Antonio Pierce. He has completely changed the vibes around this team.

But, to be fair, there has almost always been one player who embodies being a Raider more than anyone, and that's Maxx Crosby. His will to play this last Sunday after everything he went through kind of shows that. But also, something he said after the game shows it, too.

Just know, Crosby fears no one, not even a guy who most think is the best player in the league and maybe one of the greatest of all time.

"He's the best," Crosby said of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. "I got a ton of love for him….that doesn't change how I'm approaching him; I'm trying to hunt his ass down every time I'm out there."

Crosby, with his knee issues and playing in contain for a majority of the game, was still able to get the one and only sack on Mahomes all game. Crosby didn't win the game, as he couldn't really help some of the things that happened around him.

But the Raiders' best player still got his, which would be a sack on Mahomes. The two compete against each other to the fullest each time they play, which is why you saw Crosby head-butt Mahomes last year when they played early in the year. He said he would die before he missed the game vs. the Chiefs.
