Well, the Bills' defense at least.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid hinted on Wednesday that a rookie offensive tackle might be getting the start at left tackle for Kansas City on Sunday.
KC's starting left tackle Donovan Smith left the Chiefs' loss to the Green Bay Packers last weekend and he was replaced by rookie Wanya Morris.
Morris, who played college football at Tennessee and Oklahoma, played 46 snaps against the Packers. He had played just eight snaps before appearing in the game against Green Bay.
Morris gave up one sack in his action against the Packers.
Morris was a third round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft and he's a former five-star recruit. He's obviously a talented player. But making his first career start, even though it's at home, while going against elite pass rushers like Leonard Floyd, Ed Oliver, Greg Rousseau, and Von Miller (who is line, for now, to play against Kansas City), is a big ask for a rookie.
If Morris gets the start, the Bills would be wise to do what they can to exploit the left side of the Chiefs' offensive line.
