It's no secret that the Las Vegas Raiders, or just the Raiders as a whole, including when they were in Oakland and Los Angeles, have one of the biggest fan bases in NFL history. They are loyal, too, considering they have rooted for their team through two playoff appearances with no wins in the last 20 years.

But it's also no secret that since moving to Las Vegas, the Raiders have struggled with attendance from their own fans. They don't have problems selling tickets and filling up the seats, but usually, it's half Raiders fans and half of the fans from the other team. That is not a good ratio for a home game.

It has been an issue all year long and doesn't really give the Raiders an advantage over their opponents. Well, that was until Thursday Night Football. The fans showed up and showed out. It gave them a true advantage over the Chargers, and we saw that reflected in the play, so much so that Maxx Crosby has a message for the fans on Twitter after the game.

BEST FAN BASE IN THE WORLD…. RAIDERSSSSS!!!!!!

I see no lies detected in Crosby's statement. The fans are why he plays so hard every week, no matter the injury. As long as Raiders fans are cheering, Crosby will keep doing what he does every week.
