The Philadelphia Eagles remain in control of their inevitable playoff destiny after securing a 37-31 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills in Week 12.

Now sitting at 10-1 heading into Week 13, the Birds have a two-game lead in the NFC conference and a two-game lead in their NFC East division.

Eagles Playoff Chances Look Even Better

Winning only helps your playoff chances and the Eagles have been good at doing that.

Their chances of winning the NFC East jumped from 93% to 94% while their chances at clinching the No. 1 seed went from 71% to 75%.

There were reports that the Eagles already clinched a playoff spot in Week 12, but unfortunately, someone was a little confused because they aren't there yet. However, it would almost be impossible for them not to make the playoffs.

The Eagles could officially punch their ticket to the playoffs in Week 13 with a win over the San Francisco 49ers. They'll also need the Saints, Packers and Rams to lose.

From there, they could win the NFC East as soon as Week 15. But they'll have to win their next three games, which is not going to be an easy task.
