In Week 14, the New Orleans Saints got a gritty 28-6 win over the Carolina Panthers.

With the victory, general manager Mickey Loomis got an extra reason to celebrate. The team's win was his 200th as GM.

The Saints GM became just the ninth in NFL history to amass 200 wins. It's an impressive feat.

Loomis joined the group in that category that includes Curly Lambeau, Jerry Jones, Bill Belichick, Bill Polian, Tex Schramm, Al Davis, Kevin Colbert, and Ozzie Newsome. Quite notable. Many of those executives are Pro Football Hall of Famers.

For Loomis, he's been known for his salary cap management for many years. It's unique, and he and his staff have stood by their aggressive outlook on the cap for quite some time. It's brought the team just one Super Bowl, but they were consistent NFC contenders throughout the mid-2010s.

New Orleans has nine playoff appearances in his tenure with seven NFC South division titles. Loomis regular season record sits at 200-168 (.543).
