DeMeco Ryans says what the Browns already know about Myles Garrett

Myles Garrett is an all-world player.
The Cleveland Browns already knew that. But recently, Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans said as much in a mid-week press conference.
“One of the best players each and every year he’s been in the league,” Ryans said. “He’s a problem. How do you handle him? Such a tremendous player [the Browns] do a great job moving him around. Myles is an exceptional talent, truly generational talent.”
Myles Garrett is unstoppable

Garrett is having another career year. But that has become the norm for the Browns' All-Pro, and frankly all-world, defender.
When it comes down to the numbers, Garrett is in a class of his own.
With 13 sacks through 10 games, Garrett has added another 10-sack season to a growing list of consecutive years of causing havoc in the Browns' backfield.
Naturally, the Texans were asked about how they plan to game plan for Garrett, and Ryans' answer sounded like they weren't planning to stop him. No one can. Instead, the Texans will attempt to limit his impact, which isn't an easy feat either.
“You have to be aware of where he is at all times,” Ryans said. “You have to handle him with two at times. You have to be on it with the protection and the communication. It’s tough for everybody. He’s a disruptive player.”
Garrett has an opportunity to put up special numbers against the Texans.
With Houston's offensive line banged up, and likely no C.J. Stroud, Garrett will have favorable matchups all along the offensive front.
That spells good news for the Browns defense, which often goes as Garrett does.
But in a season most would have accepted the fait accompli of injuries to star players, Garrett is accepting the challenge that comes from the ride the Browns are on.
“Who could have written this story? I mean, not even Dr. Seuss," Garrett said recently.
"It doesn’t get more abstract than what we’ve gone through, but hell, we’re making the most of it, having fun with it. And man, you just got to be blessed with achieving. You’re on this roller coaster and we’ve been through ups and downs, but we’re together and that’s how we’re going to get through what we have and that’s how we’re going to continue to win.”
Browns and Texans kick off Sunday at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
