NFL player safety has become the talk of the town often in recent years. Around the league, many are happy that there are new rules in place to protect guys, but there have also been instances where the brackets around what's right and wrong have created disagreement.

That's been the case for Pittsburgh Steelers safety Damontae Kazee won Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. Kazee has been suspended for the rest of the season due to the hit and prior penalties for unnecessary roughness.

Tom Brady has gone viral for his response to the news of the suspension.

He understands that the hit was a brutal one, but he also believes that there should be some blame placed on QB play and coaching for some of the 'illegal' hits occurring in today's NFL.

Brady thinks it's a problem plaguing the league due to multiple factors. New Orleans Saints wideout Michael Thomas agreed with Brady on his observation.

They're both correct. Thomas knows that Brady's legacy was built on timing, and there's a clear distinction between today's quarterbacks and the era that he played in. Not to mention, Thomas played with one of the most accurate QBs in league history in Drew Brees.

The veteran wide receive understands best of the best quarterback play quite well. The situation for the NFL isn't an easy one, and it will be intriguing to ee how they address player safety going forward.
