For the 2023 Pro Bowl, the votes have already come back, and it would appear the silver and black have two guys repping Raider Nation to be in Orlando for the games. This time, it's just Maxx Crosby and A.J. Cole. Are there any snubs for the Raiders? Sure. You could say that kicker Daniel Carlson is a snub, but that's about it.
Yes, you read that right, and that's what the issue is with this team. Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs, two of the best in the league at their position, are not snubs. The guys who made it over them deserved it, which, like I said, is the biggest issue with this team.
Raiders' biggest issue shows in 2023 Pro Bowlers
Here is where we have a problem. Why do the Raiders have guys like Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, Kolton Miller, and anyone else on their offense who is great if they aren't going to have a good offense? You can put those guys on any other team this year, and they may get used better than this team used them.
That's the issue. You have Davante Adams, one of the best receivers of all time, yes, all time, and yet you can't get him to the Pro Bowl because your offense stinks.
The same could be said with Josh Jacobs, who at one point was third in rushing yards in the league but had nearly 150 more rush attempts than the guys around him on the list.
If this doesn't show you how bad the offense has been, I don't know what will. But, hey, let's give some praise to the Raiders for having a defensive guy and a special teams guy make it this year.
Those two phases have all been good for the Raiders this year. It's the offense that's holding the team and their players back.
