Every quarterback in the league, well, most of them, has had the Maxx Crosby experience when they play the Las Vegas Raiders, who have the best defensive end in all of football. Just ask Patrick Mahomes.

Crosby should be up for the Defensive Player of the Year Award this offseason, but even if he doesn't win, he should be up for an award as one of the best trash-talkers.

Against the Indianapolis Colts, he had their quarterback, Gardner Minshew, all shaken up by how Crosby likes to talk trash. He went to the sideline and talked to his teammates about it.

Let's just say that the Colts players were in awe but also had a good laugh.

"Dude, Maxx Crosby is so damn angry," Gardner Minshew said on the sideline. "He just keeps calling everyone 'little ass boy. Hey, little ass boy.'"

And, yeah, that is pretty much Crosby. During the game, there are no friends. He is there to destroy anyone in his way. He wants to win, and he's not joking, even if the other team goes on the sidelines and laughs about it.

Crosby is a guy who demands your respect. And, if you don't respect him before the game kicks off, you damn sure will when that final whistle blows.
