It's no secret that the Patriots offense has struggled this season, and there are some crazy statistics that truly prove that.

Yet, one statistic has everyone talking and is sure to make Patriots fans even angrier.

The Tennessee Titans star running back Derrick Henry currently has more touchdowns passes this month than Patriots quarterback Mac Jones.

Let that just sink in for a moment.

A running back is have a better month in the pocket than Mac Jones right now.

In the Titans 27-3 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4, Henry took a direct snap late in the first half, finding rookie tight end Josh Whyle in the end zone. This game was on Oct. 1.

Jones' last touchdown pass was on Sept. 24 in the Patriots win against the New York Jets. Throughout the past three games, he has not had one touchdown pass.

This is the first time in Jones' career that he has failed to throw a touchdown pass in three or more consecutive games.

The Patriots were finally able to get into the red zone in last weekend's loss to to the Las Vegas Raiders, but the two touchdowns scored were both running plays with Ezekiel Elliott getting his first as a Patriot and Rhamondre Stevenson recording the other.

Jones on the other hand looked a little bit better than previous performances, but still showed bad decision making after throwing an interception that CBS Sports' Tony Romo called a "horrendous throw" during the broadcast.

So far this season, Mac Jones has been benched twice with Bailey Zappe coming on to replace him. And luckily for Jones, Zappe hasn't look that much better, so his starting job was safe.

However, the team has opted to sign Malik Cunningham to the 53-man roster off the practice squad, and he was the one who served as the backup on Sunday. While he did not see many snaps, if Jones' struggles continue the Patriots could look to try something different.

And Cunningham has already proven before that he can bring a spark to the offense when needed (just look back on the preseason games).

But one thing is for sure: Mac Jones is not looking good this season and this stat certainly proves that.
