The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-2) are looking to get back on track against the Atlanta Falcons (3-3) in a crucial Week 7 matchup.

This is a huge game for both teams. The winner of Sunday's contest will sit atop the NFC South and claim sole possession of the division. Right now, the Bucs' 3-2 record is good for best in the South, but a loss to the Falcons would relinquish that lead, as Atlanta would have both the better record and the head-to-head tiebreaker. Obviously, a Bucs win would keep them at 4-2 and send the Falcons to 3-4, along with the New Orleans Saints.

Will you be able to watch the game on TV? If you live in the yellow areas on the map below, you'll get this game on your local FOX Sports channel, according to 506sports.com:

FOX Sports’ Week 7 broadcast map. The Bucs-Falcons game is highlighted in yellow.506sports.com

The Bucs-Falcons game (yellow) is competing with the two other games on FOX's 1p.m. ET slate: the Detroit Lions at Baltimore Ravens (red) and the Las Vegas Raiders at Chicago Bears (green). As you can see, the Lions-Ravens contest takes up most of the viewing area, but that's to be expected when you have a 5-1 team (and arguably the best team in the NFL) in the Lions going up against a budding 4-2 team in the Ravens. If you don't live in the yellow areas, you won't be able to watch the Bucs-Falcons game on your local FOX channel, unfortunately.

But, of course, there are plenty of other ways to watch in today's world. If you have YouTube TV, then there's obviously the Sunday Ticket package that comes with it. There are other streaming sites such as FuboTV, DAZN, and others, as well.

And, if you don't want to deal with any of that – you can always listen to the game on the Buccaneers Radio Network.

This is an interesting matchup. Atlanta has one of the more unique offenses in the NFL (we're still trying to figure out if that's a good thing) and it's defense has improved quite a bit from last year. Tampa Bay is going to have to find a way to stop Bijan Robinson and the Falcons' ground attack. If it can do that, the chances of winning this game will skyrocket.

The good part about that is the Bucs have one of the NFL's best run defenses. The unit allows just 83.8 yards per game on the ground, which is seventh-best. Opposing runners are only averaging 3.7 yards per carry, as well, which is 10th-best. On the offensive side of the ball, the Bucs must protect Baker Mayfield and the receivers have to find ways to get open against a very underrated secondary. I would say the Bucs also need to find a way to create an efficient running game, but that's obviously way easier said than done, this year. Especially against what is a pretty stout Falcons run defense in itself.

The last time these two teams met, Desmond Ridder led the Falcons to a 30-17 win that snapped a five-game losing streak dating back to 2020, when Tom Brady arrived. It was the Falcons' first win over a Brady-led Bucs team and it kept Atlanta from putting up a big ol' goose egg against the Bucs during the Brady era. At the same time, the Bucs rested a bunch of their starters in the second half, so it wasn't a full-on win. Either way, the Falcons took care of business and did what they needed to do.

This is one of the few series the Bucs lead. They currently have a 30-29 edge thanks to Brady's dominance and have won six of the last eight matchups.

Will Baker Mayfield be able to carry the torch? We'll find out soon enough.
