The Philadelphia Eagles' "tush push" will continue to be a hot topic until at least one team can figure out how to stop it.

That team won't necessarily be the New York Jets when they face them in Week 6, however, Jets' head coach Robert Saleh has a plan in mind that may or may not work.

"Whether they get it, we’re going to do our best to try to stop it,” Saleh said during Wednesday's press conference. “They do a lot of stuff off of it too. They’ve got reverses, they got pop passes, they got stretch plays. They do a lot. So you’ve got to be sound, you’ve got to be disciplined. We’ll do our best in that regard. But if the quarterback carries the ball, we’ve got to give him 11 kisses. And just figure out a way to do that.”

By "11 kisses" he means putting all 11 defenders on Jets' quarterback Jalen Hurts.

It's funny because Eagles' defensive tackle Fletcher Cox has a similar plan in mind for slowing down the Jets' flashy running back Breece Hall.

“We gotta go kiss him 11 times,” Cox said trolling Saleh, via NBC Sports Dave Zangaro. "Put 11 helmets on him.”

The Eagles have not only done a nice job with their tush push play but also with stopping the run game and are currently giving up the fewest rushing yards in the league, allowing an average of 61.2 yards a game.

Cox watched the Eagles' Week 5 win over the Los Angeles Rams from his home as he nursed a back injury.

He returned to practice this week, though it's unclear if he'll be ready to play by Sunday. But if he is ready to roll, you can bet he'll be giving Hall a smooch.
