The Washington Commanders are 0-2 as they head into the final preseason game against the New England Patriots and while the games don't count – it'd be nice to get the "first win" under Dan Quinn and co.

The preseason ends in Washington, where the game kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 25. It's currently unknown if Jayden Daniels and other starters will play, but I'm sure we'll find that out soon enough.

Per 506sports, Sunday night's game will be broadcasted on NBC, because it's Sunday Night Football. It's a pretty cool way to lead into the regular season and hopefully we'll see some starters since it's under the lights in primetime.

Streaming-wise, in-market fans can catch the game on the Washington Commanders app, as well as NFL+, Peacock, YouTube TV and other large streaming services that carry NBC. if you get local channels through whatever streaming service in use. Out-of-market fans will be able to catch the game on NBC or whatever streaming service they use.

If starters do in fact play, there are a few areas to keep an eye on. Tackle, any wideout not named Terry McLaurin, cornerback, and defensive end are position groups that need to keep improving before the regular season. Especially the cornerback group, which has seen its fair share of struggles over the last couple of weeks.

It's not all negative or worrisome, however. Daniels, albeit in limited fashion, has looked very good and should have a solid rookie year. The Commanders' rushing attack, spearheaded by Brian Robinson, has also shown a lot of promise. The defensive line, as a whole, recorded 4.0 sacks against the Dolphins in Week 2 and the linebacker group, led by Frankie Luvu and Bobby Wagner, should be a big strength on the team. And, there's also been some solid promise shown by the interior offensive line.

But, what matters most is the fact that real football will be back on our TV screens, and in front of our faces, soon after this game is over.
