The Las Vegas Raiders are set to play their final preseason game of 2024 against a rival of theirs — the old Bay Area neighbors of the San Francisco 49ers. They have now played the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys, and after this next one, the regular season gets started.

According to Antonio Pierce, shortly after announcing that Gardner Minshew would be the quarterback for Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers, he also announced that the starters would not be playing on Friday for their last preseason game. This game will be more for those guys trying to make a last-ditch effort to make the team.

So, when the game comes on, be expecting guys like Carter Bradley, the undrafted free agent rookie quarterback, to play, as well as quarterback Nathan Peterman. Bubble roster guys, or guys who are on the verge of either making it or not making it, will also be playing. This is still going to be a fun game nonetheless, as we see some players battle it out.
