Well, even though the Washington Commanders lost, the debut of Jayden Daniels was about as exciting as it gets. Now, it's time to see what he can do against the Miami Dolphins.

Streaming-wise, in-market fans can catch the game on the Washington Commanders app, as well as NFL+, Paramount Plus, and if you get local channels through whatever streaming service in use. Out-of-market fans can also catch the game on NFL+, which has become a godsend, basically, for this time of year.
It's a safe guess to bet on Daniels starting -and playing- in the game, again. Saturday's debut was highlighted by his magnificent pass to Dyami Brown on 3rd and 6 and then his touchdown run on 3rd and 3. Both plays showcased what the rookie can do through the air and on the ground, which only adds to the excitement surrounding his first official start in Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Obviously, it's not all about Daniels, though. The Commanders had a few players miss the Jets matchup because of injuries – specifically rookie offensive lineman Brandon Coleman. Whether he practices/plays this week, along with the other injured guys, will certainly be a topic to monitor.
It's all one big step in the right direction as we continue to creep closer and closer to the start of the 2024 season.
