While the Buffalo Bills have made a ton of changes to their wide receivers room, there is one face that will carry over from 2023 into 2024.

Khalil Shakir is the most notable returning wideout on the Bills' roster, and his versatility and playmaking ability are both elements of his game that make offensive coordinator Joe Brady excited for what 2024 has in store.

"[He] can play outside, play inside, he’s everything that you look for in a wide receiver," Brady said. "The evolution… is a lot on Khalil. Fortunately, his work ethic and his approach, there’s no reason he can’t [play a bigger role in the offense]."

Shakir had a productive season as the Bills' third receiver, hauling in 39 passes for 611 yards and two touchdowns. He had a great showing in the playoffs, as well, catching 10 passes and two touchdowns in the Bills' pair of playoff games.

Buffalo will need Shakir to take that next step forward and become a reliable No. 1 or No. 2 option in the offense, and that's something the Boise State product looks more than capable of doing.
