Unlike many other teams, the Kansas City Chiefs have a free agency advantage. Maybe you could say the AFC West has it, but the Chiefs are the biggest team with this advantage. We saw it on display last offseason and have now seen it a few times this offseason. The stadiums, the aura of the franchise, and their fan bases sell free agents.

Last year, we saw Drue Tranguill walk through Arrowhead Stadium like a kid in a candy shop. This offseason, we have seen Hollywood Brown and now Louis Rees-Zammit be in absolute awe of the Stadium. It doesn't need to be said, but I'll say it—the Stadium sells itself.

When he played rugby, Rees-Zammit likely played at some pretty big stadiums or arenas. However, seeing that sea of red seats at Arrowhead and being on the field had to be a different feeling.

In the AFC West, two teams currently have the aura of the best Stadium in the league: the Las Vegas Raiders' Stadium and the Los Angeles Chargers' Stadium. Then there is the aura that the Chiefs, Denver Broncos, and Oakland Raiders' stadiums used to have and still do, of crazy fan bases and being three of the hardest places to play in the NFL.

Through the years, the aura of the Chiefs' Stadium has only gotten better. When you think about the winning they have done, becoming a dynasty, and everything Rees-Zammit has likely heard or seen on TV, it makes sense that he is in awe.
