The 2024 NFL draft is just around the corner.

Kansas City Chiefs scouts and front office staff are working diligently to finalize the team's draft board, with plenty of input from the pre-draft process informing those decisions. In the coming weeks, the team will continue to host prospects ahead of the 2024 NFL draft, they'll also hold private workouts, virtual visits, and more.

Below you’ll find our trackers for top-30 visits, private workouts, pre-draft interviews at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, and prospect meetings at all-star games. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we learn of more meetings with prospects ahead of the 2024 NFL draft.

Who did the Chiefs meet with at the 2024 Senior Bowl:

Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy will be the first to tell you that every team meets with every prospect at his All-Star game. You can find a full list of the players invited to the 2024 Senior Bowl here. You can assume that every one of those players met with the Chiefs in some capacity. We do know they met with Washington State CB Chau Smith-Wade twice at the Senior Bowl.

Brett Veach has often selected players who performed well in the practice week and the game. Creed Humphrey, Trey Smith, Joshua Williams, Jaylen Watson, Rashee Rice, Wanya Morris, Chamarri Conner, and others have been selected over the past three years.

Who did the Chiefs meet with at the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl:

Tracking Chiefs' top-30 visits thus far:

If you're not familiar with a top-30 visit, don't be confused by the moniker. These are 30 pre-draft visits that teams are allotted with prospects in the upcoming class. Some visits don't count against the 30-visit limit if the prospects are considered a "local" prospect.

These visits do not include any on-field testing or workouts at team facilities. Players will tour the campus at 1 Arrowhead Dr., where they'll meet with various staff members and so on. The Chiefs often use the visits to host players who could be priority undrafted free agents to impress upon them that Kansas City is the place to sign with following the draft. Other times they'll host players with an injury history so they can have them meet with team trainers and doctors for examinations. In other instances, they bring in players with character and off-field questions to see if they'll mesh with the team culture.

Under Brett Veach, the Chiefs have drafted several players confirmed to have taken pre-draft visits with the team. That list includes Rashee Rice, BJ Thompson, Jaylen Watson, Joshua Williams, Nick Bolton, and Juan Thornhill.
